I will vote to raise your taxes and sit on my butt while you are doing all the work. It is impossible for an honest person to get elected, because the American people will not vote for someone who tells the ugly truth. The American people as a whole are stupid and being brainwashed by socialist unionized teachers. Both parties have divide Americans up between hyphenated citizens. after separating them the politicians then promise each group their so-called fair share of the ,"take". Each group is now scrambling to get a piece of the pie. They don't know how the pie is paid for or why they deserve freebies. Class "A" citizens get a larger share of the pie and vote accordingly. Class "B" citizens and class "C" citizens get to work and pay for the freebies. The die is cast and it is too late to stop the runaway greed. Not corporate greed, but greed of a lazy people that expects the fruit of someone else's labor. My Father would have thrown a fit if someone offered him charity. Now days people are willing to beg and give up their freedom for getting gov'ment checks.
